Too busy for a real blog today; here’s a splattering of musings:
I totally rock at the Chicken Dance:
Frank hearts the Royal Flush:
Sarah and I totally smoked ‘em in the Oktoberfest 5K:
Her boys Charlie and Cameron were really impressed:
I still miss you, Spinach! (Four days and counting).

I'm very proud of your 5K finish. It does look like your fellow runners put up a fierce competition... I mean, those 4 year olds are hard to beat. :)
Okay, so we are actually "reinacting" our finish because Sarah's husband didn't get us the first time. So this is like five minutes after our real finish!
Oh, and that is Green Goddess dressing on my omelet (not snot if that's what you were thinking).
I'm jealous you got to play with the boys!
If the one next to me (Charlie, I think) could talk, he'd say, "Get away from me, Sweaty lady!"
Looks like he passed out from the odor.
That's the second time in two days I've heard of Green Goddess dressing and I'd never heard of it before... what is it?! (I'm asking on the blog b/c I'm sure others are curious, too).
Thea gave me this recipe for salmon pinwheels that called for it. I had never heard of it either. It's with all the other salad dressings. Mine was Kraft. It's kinda like Jalepeno ranch at Chuy's! Except it's not spicy. It's so good! I put it on my salmon omelets as pictured in the blog. Sometimes I put it on salads. It's pretty high in calories so you can only have a drizzle.
